Cut and Supply

In addition to the full ‘design to installation’ process that we pride ourselves in, we also provide a cut and supply service, dependent on your needs. With our new workshop and machinery, we are in a position to support other professionals and DIY enthusiasts in their own journey to create custom furniture.

 

There are three options of our ‘Cut and Supply’ services, as detailed below:

Furniture Board Cutting

You supply us the exact measurements and specification and we cut your choice of board to match this; this can range from single panels to large volume runs for bigger projects. We have a vast range of plain and decorative melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), veneered, plywood or MDF boards that we cut to size on our premises daily. 

 

Panel Edge-Banding 

Our edge bander allows us to edge board with perfect results. Our machinery allows us to edge board from 15mm to 36mm thick in an extensive range of colours and decors.

 

Supply

For small units and pieces of furniture or for things such as kitchen cabinets, we can assemble these at our unit for you to collect and install. 

 

For all of these services, customers can collect from our unit based in Berkshire. Delivery of these services may be possible depending on location however this would incur additional costs.
